LIMITED AND TIMED EDITION RELEASES
For both limited and timed edition prints, once an edition has been made available for purchase, it will never be reprinted in that specific print size. Limited edition prints are limited to a specific predetermined number of editions. Timed edition prints are made available for purchase during a specified time period and the final edition number will be based on the total number of prints sold during that specified time period. Both types of editions are signed and numbered by the artist. Limited and timed edition releases will be pre-announced via Boris Pelcer's mailing list and on his social platforms prior to going on sale.
OPEN EDITION RELEASES
An open edition refers to an edition of prints or artworks with no set limit on the number of copies that will be produced. This makes the artwork more accessible to a wider audience. Unlike limited editions, open editions are not signed and numbered and may be reprinted indefinitely, depending on demand.
THIRD PARTY ORDER FULFILLMENT
Some products are packaged and shipped by a trusted third party. If that is the case, product description will include third party order fulfillment details. If you have any issues with those orders, you can still contact Boris Pelcer at: mail@borispelcer.com.
PAYMENT PLAN
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Additionally, PayPal offers payment plans. To pay for an item in installments, please create a PayPal account if you don’t already have one, and select a payment plan that best suits you.
PACKAGING
Large prints are shipped rolled in thick crush proof kraft tubes. Original artwork and smaller prints are shipped in either a box or a flat mailer with extensive padding to prevent any damage during shipment.
SHIPPING
For timed edition releases, the edition size will be determined after the sale period ends and then put into production, so please allow an estimated 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Other items usually ship within a week. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. You’ll get an email when your order finally ships, with tracking information. If you suspect your order is lost, contact Boris Pelcer immediately at: mail@borispelcer.com. He will work with you to resolve the issue.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item, email Boris Pelcer immediately at: mail@borispelcer.com. Please include a brief summary of the issue in your email. Photos of the damaged item are required to be considered for either a replacement (in case of a damaged print with additional copies available) or a refund (in case of a damaged original artwork or a damaged sold out print). If you are approved for a refund, shipping costs will not be included in the refund. Also, you must report your damaged order within 7 days of receiving the order to be considered for a refund or a replacement.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders can be shipped to all countries. Please note that international shipments may take a little bit longer to arrive. Import duty and tax charges are not included in the shipping price. The customer is responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred.
CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and phone number. If you feel there’s a reason for an exception, please contact Boris Pelcer within 24 hours of making your order.
